Final currency is billed in CAD.


Who pays for shipping?
We're offering $10 CAD flat rate shipping across Canada and the USA, per box ordered. International shipping rates will be calculated at the time of checkout. 

Where do you ship to?
We can ship Boots & Hearts merchandise worldwide (barring any international shipping restrictions due to COVID-19)!

Can I change my shipping address?

We cannot change your shipping address after your item has been ordered as processing begins immediately. 

How long will it take to be shipped to me?

Once your order has been placed, please allow for 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched - this does not include shipping times. If there's an issue with your order, the Boots & Hearts team will reach out to you via the email provided as soon as we can. You'll receive a shipping confirmation, with a tracking number, once your order has been shipped out with the respective carrier.

While we make every effort to ship all orders within 5 days, processing delays outside of our control may occur and unfortunately, we cannot make any guarantees on shipping dates.

Are there extra duties?
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to duties and taxes beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer.


Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel and refund an order up until the time the order has shipped. Once the order has shipped, all items are final sale. Please fill out the form below if you would like to cancel your order and our customer service team will let you know what the next steps are.

Can I make an exchange or return my order? 
We only ever produce exactly what is ordered, to ensure we’re keeping things as sustainable as possible, so every piece is made just for you. Unfortunately, because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges and all items are final sale.

What happens if I received a defective item?
Although rare, if you receive a defective item please fill out the form below to reach our customer team. They will let you know the next steps for a replacement.
